  • BanaOatmeal:  Banana + Homemade Old Fashion Rolled Oats Oatmeal + Water

  • Green chicken:  Chicken+  steamed Green beans+ Water

  • Orangechia:  Apple +  Carrots peeled and steamed  + Chia Seeds + Water

​

  • Veggiemeat: Mix vegetables (Carrots, Sweet Potato, Brussels Sprouts) + Lean Organic red meat

​

  • Bropa:  Apple +  Broccoli peeled and steamed +  Pears +Water

​

  • Garbancito:  Garbanzo Beans +  Brown Rice + Butternut Squash

  • PeriKale:  Kale + Pineapple +Pear + Spinach

  • Strawbeet:  Straberry+  Steamed  and peeled Apples + Steamed and peeled Beet

  • Carrotato: Sweet Potato peeled and steamed +  Carrots peeled and steamed + Homemade chicken broth
